Sketch Dump

As I'm currently unemployed and stranded on an island where nothing of any interest seems to be happening I've been spending a lot of time doodling (it's been raining for the last few days so I haven't been wandering around forests in camouflage gear).
Here's a selection of my latest scribbles;

Walks

I'm currently marooned on the Isle of Man where it's constantly raining so I've had a lot of time to draw and work through maya tutorials (I'll post some 3D work later). 

At the moment I'm trying to sharpen up some of my drawing skills and generally improve my understanding of motion. My main strong point is drawing expressive faces but I want to learn to extend this to the human physique so that I can be a better all round animator. I find that once I've learnt to draw something and I understand the balance and proportions I can start to play around with it create caricatures and exaggerations.

You've Been Trumped!

Recently I watched the documentary "You've Been Trumped" about Donald Trump's attempts to build "the worlds best golf course" near Aberdeen (despite the damage it would do to the surrounding environment).
